Hi, I’m Ella.I trained in Rishikesh, India - the birthplace of yoga, and bring a blend of traditional yoga and somatic-informed yoga.I guide slow, mindful, breath-led yoga sessions that focus on awareness, mind-body connection and sound baths. Classes are somatic-informed, which means you turn your attention inward, noticing sensations and how movement feels in the body — it’s not about how it looks. There’s no pressure to get anything ‘right’. Yoga is not just a physical practice but a holistic way of life that can be included in our daily lives to make it better. Each session is tailored to your body and experience level — no prior yoga experience required.Credentials

ClassesWeekly Small Group Class• Women only, welcoming all bodies and levels of abilityA slow, mindful class combining gentle movement and breathwork, designed to encourage awareness and support the nervous system. The final 15 minutes are dedicated to a guided relaxation with sound, helping you release tension and leave feeling grounded and restored.Private Yoga & Reiki• In-person or online

I work 1:1 with women to create a gentle, supportive space to move, breathe, and reconnect. A personalised session tailored to your needs and lifestyle, along with simple Ayurvedic-based guidance to support balance and overall wellbeing. These sessions may include guided movement, breathwork, reiki and an extended relaxation with sound. Each session includes a short personalised consultation beforehand so everything can be tailored to you.What to Bring/ What’s Provided:Provided: Natural cork mats & blocks
Optional for comfort: Blanket or pillow, something to cover your eyes during the final relaxation (savasana)
