Hi, I’m Ella.I trained in Rishikesh, India - the birthplace of yoga, and bring a blend of traditional yoga and somatic-informed yoga.I guide slow, mindful, breath-led yoga sessions that focus on awareness, mind-body connection, calm and guided sound experiences. Classes are somatic-informed, which means you turn your attention inward, noticing sensations and how movement feels in the body — it’s not about how it looks. There’s no pressure to get anything ‘right’. Yoga is not just a physical practice but a holistic way of life that can be included in our daily lives to make it better. Each session is tailored to your body and experience level — no prior yoga experience required.Credentials

A slow, mindful class combining gentle movement and breathwork, designed to encourage awareness and support the nervous system. The final 15 minutes are dedicated to a guided relaxation with sound, helping you release tension and leave feeling grounded and restored.1:1 Yoga Session• 60 minutes

I work 1:1 with women to create a gentle, supportive space to move, breathe, and reconnect, with all bodies welcome. A personalised session tailored to your needs and lifestyle. These sessions may include gentle guided movement, breathwork, and extended relaxation with sound.What to Bring/ What’s Provided:Provided: Natural cork mats & blocks
Optional for comfort: Blanket or pillow, something to cover your eyes during the final relaxation (savasana)
